MonChart provides data visualization tools and analytics services to its users. By accessing the website, you agree to abide by these terms, which govern the use of the site and services.
To access certain services, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. By subscribing or signing up, you agree to pay any applicable fees and charges.
You may register using your email address and a password, or sign in with your Google account via Auth0. When signing in with Google, your identity is verified by Google and Auth0 — no additional email verification step is required for OAuth accounts. Your trial period begins immediately upon first sign-in.
For email/password accounts, after registration you will receive a verification email containing an activation link valid for 48 hours. Your account must be verified before you can log in. If you do not verify your email within that period, you can request a new activation link at any time. Each new link invalidates the previous one.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. For email/password accounts, the trial begins at the moment you verify your email address — not at the time of registration — so you receive the full trial duration regardless of when you activate your account. For Google sign-in accounts, the trial begins immediately upon first sign-in. After the trial period ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier. A subscription is required to continue using premium features.
We collect non-personal data such as cookies and IP addresses to improve website functionality and enhance the user experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
By setting a chart to public, you agree that its content — including the title, description, data summary, and preview image — may be indexed by search engines such as Google and become discoverable by anyone on the web.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you publish publicly does not contain personally identifiable information, confidential content, or material you do not have the right to share. MonChart is not liable for the content of charts made public by users. You can set a chart back to private at any time, but previously indexed content may remain in search engine caches until refreshed.
MonChart provides an optional integration with Zendesk, a third-party customer support platform. This feature allows you to connect your Zendesk account and automatically generate charts from your support metrics, including ticket volume, resolution time, tickets by status, agent performance, channel breakdown, CSAT, priority, group, custom fields, and ticket forms.
The Zendesk integration — including chart creation and data sync — is available exclusively to users on a Premium or Trial plan. Free-tier accounts may view the integration option but cannot activate it. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to the Zendesk integration will be suspended and any Zendesk charts in your library will be hidden until you upgrade or reactivate your plan.
By connecting your Zendesk account, you authorise MonChart to access your Zendesk support data (tickets, agents, statuses, custom fields) solely for the purpose of generating and syncing charts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data within MonChart. MonChart does not retain raw ticket data — only aggregated, anonymised chart data is stored. You may disconnect the integration at any time from your profile settings.
Data Sync: Premium users may manually re-sync any Zendesk chart at any time using the "Sync Now" button on the chart page, or enable automatic periodic sync at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours. Each sync re-fetches aggregated metric data from Zendesk using your stored OAuth token and updates the chart. Previous versions of the chart data are archived in the chart's history. Sync respects Zendesk API rate limits; the minimum permitted auto-sync interval is 30 minutes.

Signed-in users may submit product feedback at any time using the Leave Feedback option in the account menu (top-right corner). When you submit feedback, your message, display name, and account email address are transmitted to MonChart's support system (powered by Zendesk) for the sole purpose of reviewing and acting on your suggestions or reports.
If you tick "MonChart can contact me about my feedback", we may follow up using the email address associated with your account. Feedback submissions are entirely voluntary and do not affect your account or subscription status.
All content, software, and materials provided by MonChart — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, and underlying code — are the intellectual property of MonChart and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of any data and content you upload or create using our services. By using MonChart, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership over your data.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from MonChart's proprietary materials without prior written consent.

MonChart is fully compliant with GDPR regulations.
